He started his chef's apprenticeship in 1988. Almost four decades later, he's still at the stove.
Twelve of those years he worked as a freelance chef: from Michelin-starred kitchens to the humblest pub, always where things were on fire and you had to roll up your sleeves.
Today he has his own harbour: a food truck in Manacor, with his wife Vanessa by his side.
It doesn't matter whether you serve a five-course meal or a currywurst. What counts is honesty.

Yes. Everything on the menu is also available to take away.
Where do I park?
In the C.C. L'Olivart car park, opposite ALDI. The truck is right there.
Can I bring the kids?
Of course. There's a play area right next door, and on Saturdays kids' fries are free with an adult meal.
Are you open on Sundays?
No. We're open Monday to Saturday, 12 noon to 9 pm.
What's the minimum for catering?
All-you-can-eat pricing starts at 25 guests. For smaller groups, just message us.
